Phoenix, AZ - Mayfield Residential is pleased to announce Amanda De La Cruz has joined our team as a Staff Accountant! With extensive experience in real estate, finance and accounting, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization.
Prior to joining Mayfield Residential, Amanda served as the Controller at Taylor Street Capital, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Phoenix, AZ. In her role, Amanda managed financial operations and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to the Controller role, Amanda was a Property Accountant at Taylor Street, and was responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis for their property management division.
Amanda has over +10 years of experience in finance and accounting, where she has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in compiling and analyzing financial data, handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), reconciling accounts, and instilling accounting control procedures.
In her new role as a Staff Accountant, she is tasked with preserving the financial health and integrity of the organization. Amanda's comprehensive skill set and steadfast dedication to excellence ensure she will be a valuable asset to the team.
