Monday, April 29, 2024: Mayfield Residential is excited to announce the newest addition to our team, Dominique Felix, who joins us as Regional Manager. Dominique brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic skill set to the organization.

In Dominique’s most recent role as Regional Manager at Avenue5 Residential, she was responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operations of multiple Class-A multifamily properties in the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Prior to her tenure at Avenue5 Residential, Dominique served as an Asset Manager at Curve Development. At Curve, she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations for multiple Single-Family for Rent (SFR) projects. Dominique's extensive career also includes +10 years of experience at Mark-Taylor Residential where she served in a myriad of roles, ultimately leaving as a Manager of Community Operations.
Dominique has consistently exceeded expectations throughout her career. She has been nominated multiple times for industry awards and her active involvement in professional affiliations such as the Arizona Multifamily Association (AMA) underscore her dedication to advancing the industry and driving innovation.
