PHOENIX, Ariz. Recently, Mayfield Residential announced its collaboration with the Nunns brothers on its newest Allero-branded development, Allero 59 in Phoenix. Together, the two groups will oversee the lease-up of the amenity-rich community that offers 94 one-, two- and three-bedroom units priced starting from $1,600.00 per month.
